I have published three novels (Hamish Hamilton, Penguin and Short Books) and have contributed articles and columns to various blogs, magazines and newspapers, including The Times, The Mail, The Spectator, The Telegraph, The Observer, The Independent, The Guardian, Vogue and many more.  My latest novel was started while studying for a Master's at  Goldsmiths College. I graduated with a Creative and Life Writing MA, with distinction and was shortlisted for the Pat Kavanagh prize. 

I have worked as a Community Manager for the British Red Cross, between 2017 and 2024.

I am currently a listening volunteer at The Listening Place, a charity where we listen to those with suicidal ideation, face to face.
